Dear Palm Beach Gardens Elementary Parents and Students,

You will never guess who is going to visit Palm Beach Gardens Elementary School?

Believe it or not, a friendly Tiger Shark named Professor Clark the Science Shark will be at Palm Beach Gardens Elementary to talk about the ocean, some marine life friends and the importance of coastal conservation.

The Palm Beach County School System Science Department, along with the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium and the Loggerhead Marine Life Center have fallen in love with Professor Clark and we hope you will too! Professor Clark the Science Shark wants to share his ocean adventures with children throughout Palm Beach County.

On October 8, 2015 your children will meet Professor Clark the Science Shark and an amazing author and illustrator, Karen Lamberson. Working in the Palm Beach County School system for more than 17 years, Karen made her lifelong dream a reality when she decided to write and illustrate a children’s educational book series about the oceans. With the help of her husband, Scott, Professor Clark the Science Shark was brought to life in Four nationally published books, “The Beginning”, “Going Home”,” The Encounter” and “Reada’s Rescue”.
